The accused has been identified as Mohammad Raji, a resident of Bihar. He was arrested near IFFCO Chowk in Gurugram on Thursday.
Police said the accused, Razi, during questioning admitted that he committed three murders on November 23, 24 and 25. The accused revealed that he killed strangers as he enjoyed committing the crimes and he wanted to show world what he can do, police said.
