New DELHI: Lenovo-owned Motorola recently launched its latest 5G smartphone — Moto G 5G in India. The smartphone will go on first sale today in the country. Customers can purchase the 5G smartphone online via Flipkart. The sale of the handset will begin today at 12 pm.
Price and offers
The company has priced the Moto G 5G at Rs 20,999 and it can be purchased in Frosted Silver and Volcanic Grey colour options. As part of the launch, HDFC Bank credit and debit cardholders will get an instant discount of Rs 1,000. The HDFC Bank customers can also avail flat discount of Rs 1750 on EMI transactions. The company is also offering no-cost EMI starting at Rs 2,334 per month.
Moto G 5G specifications
The Moto G 5G is powered by the mid-range octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor paired with Adreno 619 GPU. The smartphone packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. Users can further expand the storage up to 1TB by installing a microSD card.
The Moto G 5G features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The smartphone runs Android 10 operating system topped with the company’s own MY UX. The handset comes with hybrid dual SIM support and offers a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Moto G 5G comes with an IP52 rating which makes the device water-resistant and sports a triple rear camera setup. The triple rear camera of the smartphone consists of a 48MP main sensor with f/1.7 aperture, 8MP 118° ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front of the smartphone is home to a 16MP selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture.
The handset is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 20W TurboPower fast charging support.
