Popular first-person shooter Doom Eternal made its way to Xbox One, PS4 and PC last year and the developer id software promised to bring the game to Nintendo Switch soon after the launch. However, back then we did not have any confirmation on when the developer is planning to bring the game for the platform. Now, Nintendo has announced that the Doom Eternal will be launched for its Switch platform starting December 8.
To make the switch, id software has partnered with Panic Button, the studio known for porting Doom 2016, Wolfenstein II, The New Colossus, and Wolfenstein Youndbood for Nintendo Switch platform.
As far as Doom Eternal is concerned, the players will be able to play the game in single-player campaign mode as well as have the option to test their abilities in Battle Mode and 2v1 online multiplayer mode.
For those unaware, Doom Eternal is among one of the most engaging FPS games available today. The game claims to offer good gameplay with best possible graphics. However, we currently don’t have any idea about the graphics quality of the game on Nintendo Switch platform.
