An Exquisite Culinary Journey At Flow – Brew & Dine

At a temperature of over 40 degrees Celsius, I headed to a newly launched restaurant, Flow – Brew & Dine in South Delhi’s Saket. When I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cold Mango Mint Mule that makes you forget the Delhi summer heat for a moment.

Flow – Brew & Dine offers an exceptional dining experience that tantalises the taste buds and delights the senses.

The first thing that caught my attention was the attention to detail in the restaurant’s decor. The soft lighting, tasteful artwork and elegant table settings created an intimate atmosphere that exuded sophistication.

The menu at Flow is a true culinary masterpiece, showcasing a fusion of flavours and ingredients that marry traditional and contemporary techniques. The chef’s dedication to sourcing the finest local and seasonal ingredients was evident in every dish I tried.

To start, I tried my hand with Litchi Wonton Cups, an explosive flavour bomb which is a marinated litchi in soy dressing and served with herb salsa, crispy onions and spicy chilli dip.

Another tasty food was Creamy Tomato Spinach and Basil which fills your mouth with a creamy sauce with cherry and crispy garlic and basil and makes it an absolute delight for the palate. I think this dish will have many fans as more and more people dine at Flow.

General Manager, Amit Gautam says that they have the longest bar in Delhi which is 50 feet long with a beer dispenser machine that can dispense eight different types of beer at the same time.

He engraves hope that with the rise in Delhi’s temperature, more people will come here to enjoy their evening. Gautam showed the seating arrangements that extend beyond the bar counter, with cosy booths or tables scattered throughout the space. These areas provide a more intimate setting for groups or couples to enjoy their drinks and engage in deeper conversations, he added.

The attentive staff provided excellent recommendations, guided us through the menu and ensured that the glass was never empty. The service was prompt, courteous and personalised, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to providing top-notch hospitality.

In conclusion, Flow – Brew & Dine wits an impeccable ambience, dishes and outstanding service, this restaurant has truly mastered the art of fine dining. Whether you’re looking for a romantic evening or a special celebration, Flow is the perfect destination to indulge in a remarkable gastronomic adventure.
