NEW DELHI: Xiaomi’s sub-brand Huami has launched two new smartwatches in China. The company has launched Amazfit GTS 2 Mini and Amazfit Pop Pro smartwatches. The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini can be purchased in Deep Pine Green, Rose Pink and Obsidian Black colour options. The company has priced the device at 699 yuan and is already up for sale in the country. On the other hand, the Amazfit Pop Pro comes in Black, Green and Pink colour options and it comes with a price tag of 399 yuan (Rs 4,475). The smartwatch is up for pre-order and will go on sale starting December 10.
Amazfit GTS 2 Mini specifications
The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini comes with a 1.55-inch AMOLED display with 354×306 pixel resolution. The wearable supports both Android and iOS devices. The smartwatch comes with more than 70 sports modes and in-depth sleep monitoring.
The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini comes with Huami’s self-developed BioTracker 2 PPG biological data sensor, accelerometer, Gyroscope sensor and Ambient light sensor. The device is water-resistant up to 50 meters and users can also control music and camera using the wearable.
The smartwatch comes with a microphone and Xiao AI voice assistant. The device is backed by a 220mAh battery with up to 14 days of battery backup.
Amazfit Pop Pro specifications
The Amazfit Pop Pro features a 1.43-inch TFT display with 320×302 pixel resolution. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top. The wearable allows users to receive notifications for calls, messages, emails and other apps.
The device also allows users to control the phone’s camera, stopwatch, world clock and weather forecast. The smartwatch comes with more than 60 sports modes and optical heart rate sensor.
The device offers stress monitoring and breathing training. The smartwatch is water-resistant and it is backed by a 225mAh battery, which promises to offer 9 days of battery backup on a single charge.
